SATORI Events – Ticket and Event Terms and Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions (the “T&Cs“), (i) the Event for which You have purchased a ticket is referred to as the “Event“; (ii) “SatoriEvents”, “Satori”, “we”, “us”, and “our” means SatoriEvents and/or its representatives, employees and sub-contractors; and (iii) “you” and “your” means you as the ticket holder.

1. General

  1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs“) incorporate any vendors’ and/or agents’ terms or regulations, which you can get from the vendor/agent. Your purchase and/or possession of a valid ticket and entry into the Event constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs. It is essential that you read and take note of the full policy below.
  2. These T&Cs are occasionally subject to change at our sole discretion, and We will notify you by publishing the revised T&Cs to the Event website.
  3. We reserve the right to implement restrictions or conditions before and during the Event to ensure it is safe. You must abide by all instructions given to you by stewards, security personnel, and Event staff, and you may be removed from the Event without a refund if you fail to comply.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse admission/entry or to remove any person from the Event or venue, without a refund, for reasons of public safety (including for crowd surfing, moshing, or failure to conform with any measures put in place to combat Covid-19), any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of these T&Cs.
  5. We do not advise entry to the Event if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19 and/or you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
  6. Tickets are for the Event and not any specific Artist or Attraction. Any billed Artists and attractions are subject to change.
  7. Tickets are not transferrable between Events and are single-use only. It is at the sole discretion of SatoriEvents whether it will allow a transfer of tickets and will only be under circumstances deemed exceptional by SatoriEvents.
  8. By entering the site, you give your explicit consent to your actual and/or simulated resemblance to be included within any audio or visual recording, for no fee, to be used in any media, regardless of format, at any time, for any purpose, including filming by the police or security staff, CCTV surveillance footage and/or for marketing and publicity purposes.
  9. Without our prior written consent, no promotional or trading activity is permitted at the Event or within the venue. Goods using unauthorised logos and imagery must be surrendered to Event staff.
  10. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness or damage caused to any person or property sustained at the Event, howsoever caused (including by us and/or our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of our negligence and that which cannot be excluded or limited by law. Any personal belongings and property brought to the Event are at your own risk.
  11. English Law governs these T&Cs, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude any liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
  12. While every effort is made to ensure that the full, advertised, billed performances occur, SatoriEvents reserves the right to change the published line-up/bill and/or running times without notification. This includes but is not limited to, artists and billed attractions. Tickets are for the Event and not a specific artist.
  13. We may prosecute you if you cause damage to the site, the site infrastructure, or Event décor or cause harm to any other person at the Event and/or site.
  14. No unauthorised vehicles will be allowed on site, including but not limited to buses, campervans, or coaches.
  15. Please note that by entering the Event, you give your explicit consent to being photographed/filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience and to your name, voice and/or resemblance being included within any audio-visual recording, film, photograph, or audio of the Event to be used in any and all media for any purpose at any time across the world. This may include filming by, CCTV, the Police, or security staff for the security of attendees at the Event or the prevention of crime.

2. Refunds

  1. Refunds are only considered if the Event is (i) cancelled in full and not rescheduled (if the Event is partially cancelled, your refund will be a proportionate partial refund) or (ii) materially altered, which is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in Our opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. The following are not deemed to be ‘material alterations’: changes to the Event line-up; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual band members; curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed; and delays to starting a performance or the Event.
  2. Refunds must be requested from the point of purchase via Email ‘SatoriEvents@mail.com’ no later than 7 days after the Event.
  3. Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees, where applicable, are at the discretion of SatoriEvents and may not be refunded. A minimum of the equivalent amount of the face value of the ticket will be refunded if authorised.
  4. Personal arrangements relating to the Event, including, without limitation, travel, sustenance and accommodation, are at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditures beyond the ticket refund.
  5. No refunds will be payable to those under the age of eighteen (18) or those without valid identification to prove their age who have purchased or obtained a ticket for the Event with the intention of bypassing and/or disregarding these T&Cs.
  6. All refunds are at the discretion of Satori Events.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

  1. You must be eighteen (18) or over to attend the Event.
  2. The Event is not suitable for children or those under the age of eighteen (18).

  4. We reserve the right to operate and enforce a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances and on any/all bars within the venue as applicable. If you cannot provide valid identification when asked, your ticket will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave the venue.
The only acceptable forms of ID are:
      • An in-date photographic driver’s licence or provisional licence.
      • A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out-of-date passports will NOT be accepted.

If they refuse, the Police will be asked to attend, and their ticket will be confiscated or their wristband removed. This may also result in prosecution for both the owner of the identification and the individuals fraudulently attempting to use it.
  6. Spot checks will be in operation across the venue at all times. Please ensure you keep your identification on you at all times.

4. TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS

  1. Valid tickets must be produced and scanned in order for you to receive a wristband on first entry.

  3. There is strictly no readmission on a ticket.
  4. Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. Tickets and wristbands from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid, and admission refused. Do not buy tickets, wristbands or goods from unlawful street traders/vendors.
  5. Please check your ticket carefully upon purchase and receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  6. All ticket holders are responsible for their ticket until it is exchanged for a wristband. Tickets and wristbands remain Our property until the Event closes and are a personal revocable licence which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.
  7. We will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.
  8. Without our prior written consent, tickets are not permitted to be used as part of any marketing, media, publicity, or sales promotion.
  9. If you have obtained your ticket in breach of these T&Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs, then your ticket shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket shall be void.
